What Summit is
Summit is AJTC's own compliance platform for UK HGV operators. It's the same system we use to run compliance for our consultancy clients, so it's built around how the job actually works: PMIs, driver cards, tachograph data, the Transport Manager's recurring checks and the evidence behind every one of them.
Each operator gets their own branded dashboard showing what's overdue, what's due soon and what's fine, recalculated every time you open it.

Is Summit a TMS?
Not in the load-planning sense. Summit is built around compliance: vehicles, drivers, inspections, tachograph, your operator licence and the evidence behind them. It does include a jobs board for booked loads that checks MOT, PMI and driver licence dates before you book, and a load calculator and route planning are in development.
Who built Summit?
Andrew Jerome, a CPC-qualified Transport Manager, built Summit around how the job actually works. It's the same platform AJTC uses to run compliance for its own consultancy clients.
How much does Summit cost?
Summit is included in every AJTC plan: Compliance from £250 a month for 1 to 5 vehicles, Managed from £450 a month with a named Transport Manager on your licence, and Workshop from £149 a month for operators running their own maintenance. No long contracts.
Can my drivers use it?
Yes. Drivers get their own app on their phone, logging in with a PIN, to do their walkaround checks and report defects with a photo.
